How to become a guilt-free receiver to create real intimacy bonds and authentically experience our sexuality.

Three powerful ideas for you:

• Without articulating our desires and boundaries, we can’t really receive.
• Understanding that a receiver’s experience belongs to them (not to the giver) is profoundly liberating.
• Real intimacy happens when we risk rejection and allow ourselves to be indeed seen.

What are we doing during the event?

We will explore a new definition of receiving during this event and learn to dive into relationships through giving. Haneen will offer tools to identify our desires and our boundaries, and we’ll learn to articulate them. We’ll notice when we unnecessarily take responsibility for our lover’s experience, abandoning ourselves in the process. In this session, we will gently bring our power back and connect deeply to the place in our hearts that feels fear, shame, or guilt around receiving. The purpose is to come back to loving ourselves and, from there, learn to give and receive with an open heart.

Haneen Khan

Haneen is on a mission to bring unashamed authenticity in the bedroom and beyond. Former lawyer, now a sex and intimacy coach, and founder of Sex Homework Society, she investigates and teaches how to connect to our body’s wisdom. After her “black sheep” days in the corporate world, Haneen spent two years curating sensual theatre and play parties in London, which led to the birth of her business running sexual empowerment courses. She is passionate about freeing humans from the performance and scriptedness of sex so that we can experience eroticism without shame. Trained in a blend of somatic coaching, sexology, wheel of consent, tantra, NVC, and Internal Family Systems Therapy, Haneen delivers her message with unapologetic silliness.
