Motherhood, femininity, and sexual polarity with Amaya Suarez
Motherhood is a life-changing experience, and modern living has taken away much of our tribal systems for upbringing. Caring for children used to be social responsibility, and now this focus falls upon the single household, usually the mother. Motherhood was a collective process that has made single, and this overwhelming experience can be lonely, challenging, and confusing. Embrace more feminine values in a world that admires masculine values may help ease the rough edges. Femininity may be perceived as weak, but feminine values are wild and powerful. Femineity is not defined by motherhood, and it does not pertain mainly to women. How can we value, appreciate, and protect mother earth? How can we bring the mother energy into everything we do?
